Preschool-aged kids can beat the heat and stay active with an introduction to Taekwondo with Grand Master Solomon Pavlou. Taekwondo is one of the most systematic and scientific Korean traditional martial arts, that teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing spirit and life through training bodies and minds.

This program is free and runs for four weeks! Registration is for all for sessions and is required, limited, and begins on Monday, June 17 @ 11:00 AM.
